بررسی میزان تغییر رنگ دندانی، پس از استفاده از cem (calcium enriched mixture) در اتاقک پالپ

چکیده
اهداف:درمان زنده پالپ , به عنوان یک گزینه درمانی بیولوژیک و مقرون به صرفه, برای حفاظت از حیات پالپ پیشنهاد شده است.با توجه به پتانسیل تغییر رنگ دندانی در استفاده از مواد برای این درمان؛ هدف از این مطالعه بررسی میزان تغییر رنگ دندانی در استفاده از این مواد بود. موادوروش ها: 45 دندان انسیزور انسانی درمان سالم؛ درمان ریشه شده و بعد از خالی کردن 3 میلی متر از مواد پر کننده کانال به سه گروه تقسیم شدند.در گروه mta سفید و cemcement , این مواد داخل کانال دندان تا حفره پالپ قرار داده شدند و 15 دندان دیگر به عنوان گروه شاهد بدون ماده دیگری همراه با دیگر دندانها با کامپازیت ترمیم شدند رنگ سنجی برای هر نمونه در ابتدا و در 6 ماه بعد از نگهداری در محیط سرم فیزیولوژیک و انکوباتور 37 درجه انجام شد. تفاوت رنگ ایجاد شده محاسبه شد و بین گروهها با anova یک سویه و دانکن مقایسه گردید.(?=05/0) یافته ها: میانگین تغییرات رنگ mta سفید(7059/0±5613/3) به میزان قابل توجهی بیشتر از گروه cemcement (51825/0±4507/2) و کنترل (38524/0±2007/2) بود و تفاوت معنی داری بین گروه شاهد وcemcement وجود نداشت.(000/0 =p ) نتیجه گیری و جمع بندی: با توجه به محدودیتهای این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی؛ نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از cem در قسمت تاجی پالپ ؛ موجب تغییر رنگ دندانی نمیگردد.
